If you register your domain name with us then when it comes up for renewal we will try everything we can to contact you and remind you to renew.
At first a few simple emails, if you don't reply then we understand your email address on file may have changed so we will then look for an alternative address on your website. If still you don't reply then we will attempt to call you.
Finally, if you have not renewed your domain then we will renew it for you for 1 year, point the domain to an administrator page and give you the whole year to reimburse us for the "domain registration fee".
